We offer professional services in the states of California and North Carolina

Primarily, we offer auxilliary design services to design professionals like architects, designers, and civil engineers. 

While the capabilities of these types of professionals and their firms are impressive, at times, there are design issues that must addressed by others who posess a skill set that these professionals and their firms do not have on staff.  For example, a civil engineer may prepare a grading plan but may not have the expertise to design a retaining wall.

Instead of hiring individuals to fill these needs ... and keeping them busy as employed staff, some have opted to take advantage of the services offered by Edward R. Zabala, PE.  We encourage you to take advantage of our offered design services on an as-needed basis.

In addition, we offer consulting services to construction professionals who need solutions to problems they have encountered in the field or who need earthwork volumes before bidding jobs.

One last thing, while Edward R. Zabala, PE is located in North Carolina, the principal's home state is California and he continues to do work for a few choice clients there.
